In a few decades, maybe, but they would never be able to do so if a war broke out within the next 5-10 years.

It's just too huge a chunk. For China look at this:

The two hugest chunks BY FAR are the US and the EU. Russia barely makes a dent comparatively.

(Sorry if that "no" above looks condescending -- I promise it isn't meant to be. I'm just 99.999999% positive that China would NEVER EVER risk relations with the US or EU for Russia).

Russia doesn't even touch the US, let alone the US and EU combined.
