Yeah, I totally sound more butthurt than the guys spamming the Japanese thank you page with porn, making petitions to get it banned, sending death threats in English to his assistant who only speaks Japanese, making accounts on Yahoo JP and giving The Last one star ratings in order to get it below a 2.

Let me guess, you're mad I took a shot at a slash ship? It being a slash ship had nothing to do with it never being canon (Although slash in Shonen kid manga is pretty non-existent)

No, you sound more pissed about it than OP. That's why I used those words. Because you sound fuuuuuuuuuurious and OP sounds peeved. Your rage-on is way out there, whereas OP was like "I'm pissed. That's all." There's no reason to assume that OP is part of the fandemonium that you're describing.

yeah, it's a bit weird. the op even admitted they knew that their ship never had a chance of becoming canon. i don't know what brought on that reply. the op didn't mention anything about a ship war or any of that other non-related stuff the anon brought up.

Not weird at all. I gave a reason why they shouldn't be bitter. Most SNS people I meet tend to...make things up, or read things made up by other people. That got tossed around for years and it led to a bunch of people thinking something was going to happen when it wasn't leading that way. (There were actually people who believed Kishimoto was going to yaoi cons and had a boyfriend, when he is married to a woman and has kids and rarely goes to fan affairs)

Seriously. This person is projecting HARD on OP and I have no idea why.

Hell, I'm pissed my pairs didn't make it, sans one (and no it's not NaruHina or SasuSaku). But I have fandom for my fix and one of the best things is breaking up the canon for mine~
