Hey, that is my 2nd favorite time period. It's actually the one I focused my history minor on because my college didn't really have pre-Civil War classes but they had a fuck ton of WWII classes.

That and Roman and Russian history. I actually got one of my Roman History classes to count as credit for a discontinued required-for-major tech class because my counselor was super swamped that day and didn't want to bother with trying to select and assign a true "equivalent."
