OUAT crossover, maybe? Rumpelstiltskin reattached a guy's arm, a gender reassignment spell's probably doable. Kind of scared to think what the price would be, though.

I don't know. There's so much of the world we haven't seen. And even though Ricky Gervais' character was more a drug seller than a wizard, I think the cook was able to see King Richard's memories too, so there was a hint of supernatural/magical... stuff.

I wouldn't be too much of a stretch to throw in a random witch or artifact or something.

It was really weird because it wasn't necessarily erotic even though it had sex in it.

I rarely have sex dreams and I am extremely rarely a participant in them (and I'm allosexual) but that doesn't really make it any less bizarre.
