There are websites where you can send SMS to someone's phone through the website, when you're not near a phone of your own. Got your roomie's cell number? http://www.sendsmsnow.com
If you're up to going back to the train station (or even A train station, not necessarily THAT train station, though that would be best), go during the day (during commuter rush would be best), talk to a transit cop (ask the ticket collector if you can speak to one), explain what happened, give date and time, ask if they have it on the CCTV, and if they will help you out with filing a complaint with the metro cops. If you remember there being any witnesses, bring that up, too.
You should have told the manager at the MickeyD's. Assuming the manager wasn't a total idiot, they may have been able to disperse Creeper McCreeperson, post-haste. Best thing to do when this happens, find somebody else, anybody else, and just start talking to them. Sometimes it's a frying pan-into-the-fire situation (depends how sketch the station is) but nine times out of ten, it's not.
