Those people would exist and be out there anyway. They were around before tumblr, they'll be around long after it's gone, and it's not up to strangers on the internet to get them help.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply it was the responsibility of strangers to get them help, just that they, in general, may need help and it's not something they are necessarily going to grow out of.
