I shipped FitzSimmons hard in the first season, until the reveal that his feelings for her weren't reciprocated. Her response this season feels a lot like someone who doesn't really have romantic feelings, but is trying to nerve herself up to them because she's afraid that's the only way he'll remain her friend, and it's kind of heartbreaking. The ship's lost all its appeal.
