I tried looking at more of your comics a few days after I submitted this secret, and I just couldn't get into it. Nipples like thumbtacks, eyes just slightly unfocused, cheeks gone slack when the positioning of the teeth means they should be puffed out more . . . The 3D makes it look so much realer than hand-drawn art, so things that would be normal, almost unnoticeable drawing shortcuts are thrown into sharp relief.

Yeah, the nipples in a lot of my work are ridiculous. There's a (dumb) story behind that. :(

I generally just leave the eyes totally parallel to each other, but I do try with them otherwise. A little too sloppy, I guess.

And I worry about cheeks, but usually in the opposite direction.

Random anon just went to look since that's what we're talking about in this thread... I think the visuals in your comics are interesting and have clearly improved a lot from your first comic to your most recent. I can see how it would not be some peoples' bag just because of the uncanny valley effect (and it's very hard to get out of that valley when you're doing realistic CG) but it's actually pretty good. I'd read a comic with that kind of visuals if it had content I was into, but...

The content is just kind of disjointed and all over the place. I don't know if it's supposed to be funny or critical or a story or about yourself or what. I'm just confused as for what you're going for.
