This is like the worst. I kind of understand it, anatomy is the hardest thing a person can learn and it can take a loong time of practice. But tracing is an extremely cheap crutch that doesn't make the artist develop their actual skills and advance their confidence in pushing forward.
Of course it looks good and better in an instant but it's not original and trutful to being an artist. And with that push the other artists that work their butts off from the start out of the spotlight.
