DUDE. I had a client who was way into collecting antique dildos (I'm an appraiser). They really used to make them out of EVERYTHING that existed that would stay hard: my client had one made of red carnelian stone, one made of ivory (Japanese, and carved and stained with pigment to mimic veins/pubes at the base and was amazingly life-like), ceramic ones, one of the first rubber ones, you get the picture I'm sure, lol. Almost 75% of his collection was Victorian, and there didn't seem to be a standard in either material or size.

Well that sounds like a fascinating and rather specialized collection.
