I am generally of the opinion you can have more than one big love in life - and let's be honest, with Steve it was just at the very beginning, even though they were in love...Peggy seems like the sort of person who WOULD move on in life.
I like Peggy/Sousa for several reasons. One is that the actually both have a war history and know loss. Second that they both seem to be people with a a good moral compass/high standards. And I think they'd be really cute together.
