Back in 2013 the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs put out a list of tips for women who had taken a university-sponsored self-defense course, and I think they were supposed to be last-resort suggestions--anything that might possibly give you an opportunity to get away. And yes, it included peeing or vomiting on your attacker, and telling them you're menstruating or have an STD.

Apparently the right-wing media has had a field day with this: "Look, here's what liberals think you should do to protect yourself instead of carrying a gun!"

I'm sure there's some anecdotal testimony out there from women who escaped their rapists by puking on them. But "effective, proven techniques"? Lol, no.
