I work from home and all of my correspondence with my bosses is done via email, and they take FOREVER to get back to you. So, I'm dealing with this client who has to fix something and I emailed my bosses to get the client their form back.

Hours later, my bosses finally get back to me and say they won't give the form back and I can just have the client send me the new info (except they don't know what to give without their form). I spent an hour putting together an email with all the stuff from the form for the client (basically giving the form back to the client but in an email). This is adding HOURS of work to something that could easily be done in one.

They are such fuckers at my work.

Sounds like you should think about going to work for the competition.

I understand your pain as I also work from home. What annoys me is I'm always expected to get back to things promptly and be on call 24-7 but then people will turn around and take days to get back to me on shit.

You want me to do good and prompt work for you then you have to get back to me faster, otherwise you need to sit back and wait like I waited for you.
