You're not defective. There's all sorts of reasons we cry or we don't cry, and it doesn't mean anything's wrong. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

(Also, that scene. Then Shattrath. So many tears. And Taylor's Garrison... I have never so badly wanted to fucking tear a game npc apart as I did there. This was a very emotional expansion Alliance-side.)

(Fuck, I was trying to forget Taylor's Garrison. That broke me. But at least he's not dead-dead since his ghost is a follower but ::sob:: I bawled with that one. I *liked* Taylor.

His sword has a place of honor in my bank and I am not selling it ever)

Oh thank goodness it's not just me! Mine's in void storage so I don't accidentally catch it up in one of my mindless cleaning fits.

I think my boyfriend thought I was crazy when I suddenly started screaming obscenities at my computer during that quest chain. >.>

But I mean, most times when I play a game, I either finish it or abandon it within a couple months. So having been doing quests and helping Taylor out for YEARS... I don't roleplay really in an RPG, but he legitimately felt like a friend to my character and it was hard to take. :(

I had to warn my father in advance that he wasn't going to like that chain. But yeah, I was cursing during that chain. Especially that battle..

Didn't need those heart strings, Blizzard, really I didn't.

Right next to Mor'ladim's sword and Bridenbrad's ring.

Oh, Bridenbrad - that was right in the feels, especially when you learn that he was a tribute character to a real person. Heart breaks every time with that questline

I kept Keeshan's bow and bandana on one of my alts

My Paladin is currently using it, but once she's not it's going straight into void-storage so I never accidentally sell it in my occasional bank purges. I kind of wish you could mog into it tbh because it's a very nice looking weapon.

Yeah, my Warrior used it until it got too low in stats for her and then off to the bank to sit.

Haven't used Void-Storage yet - how much more room is it compared to the bank?

I think it's 200 extra slots now? It used to be 100 or something in Cata/Mists but at the end of Mists people were mentioning that they were running out of void-storage space to Blizzard(myself included as my main's void-storage was nearly full at that point) and in the pre-Warlords patch they gave us another tab in it so now it's even bigger.

If you've got the spare 100g to open it up I'd go for it, it's a lot more space and it's ideal for things that you want to keep but not necessarily use(like mog sets and old no longer obtainable items).

Thank you! Reassuring to know that's 200 slots. I can throw my materials for the jeweled Voltron panthers there so I don't lose them when I do a mat cleaning in my bank

It costs gold to put things in so it's more for long-term storage, hence why it's ideal for mog sets and old weapons/gear.

Sorry should have mentioned the gold to put things in cost, this is what I get for not reading through everything I type.

it's okay! I found out when I was dropping his sword and the two hats you get for the winter holiday. 130 gold for the three items gives me back some bank space

Note too that it costs 100 gold per item to place things in void storage, and you CANNOT place any item in there that's tagged as "Unique" (e.g. Scepter of Celebras).
