My pants are from the Winged set, I like the dress-like bottom. I think the only things I have on my norn from the same set is the shoulders and hat.

I headcanon that since norns have moved in from north after Jormag took over, they're used to much colder climates. So going around with bare belly is no biggie where they currently live.

That's my headcanon too! My norn are much more likely to wear skimpy outfits because of that. Sylvari are plants, so I headcanon that they don't really have a sense of temperature like other races do, but my humans? Yeah, they remain practically dressed. Once I get out of the starting zone, anyway.

That's canon even. Norn generate much more body heat than humans, so they don't need as much clothing.
