Try Spell by Fujiyama Hyouta. Most of get stuff is totally consensual slow build stuff (don't go for Junjou or her fantasy series). I think Memory of Future is totally consensual. It has the rare assertive uke. Sangen Tonari something something by Tsuta Suzuki is consensual (there's a scene where the seme pushes the uke down but it's more of a clumsy vision come on than anything else). There are actually tons of consensual BL titles. Most of the really famous ones aren't though and they give the rest of the genre a bad name.
