I am the opposite. I love watching stuff online because I can watch it whenever. What about online watching do you dislike?

A lot of it is that all the computers I watch it on hate online stuff. Dialogue and action end up getting out of sync. And it often stops in the middle to buffer. I Tivo stuff, so I can watch whenever I want without that kind of problem.

But also, I like to fast forward through boring parts (car chases and the like). On the Nick site, for instance, when I tried to rewatch the cool fight scenes, it would skip me to the next commercial. When I tried to go back, it skipped me back to the previous commercial break. It was impossible to go back a minute to rewatch that one scene -- you had to rewatch all the way up to it. I find problems like that with a lot of streaming sites.

There just isn't much flexibility if you want to watch things in any other way than sitting through it straight.

Have you looked at watching it on...not so legal sources? Plenty of sites to stream stuff online.

Yes, but I don't like streaming so why would I want to look at those?

The one time I tried to watch on a non-illegal site, my computer crashed from the subsequent viruses and was dead. Nothing about streaming appeals to me and I'm not going to risk my computer again. I loathe this turn to more and more streaming as if that's the best way to watch anything. It is not.
