For some reason all the religious back-and-forth made me go looking through Netflix and I found Missionary, about "A single mom tries to end her romantic involvement with a Mormon missionary who hides a deadly secret from her and his church." The reviews were all, THIS IS CRAP, but what caught my eye was supposedly an ex-Mormon saying that no, all the crazy shit the guy spouts (the "deadly secret") is actually real. I already have a weird thing about Mormons since I live in California and we've got the biggest damn population outside of Utah and I've met my share of loud Mormons (my high school once had a group of Mormon mothers protesting a PFLAG person who came to speak at our school, and as well our back-and-forth about gay marriage is all because of our Mormon population).

So I'm ready for some religious insanity.

Anyone have suggestions for similar movies? Any kind of religion, belief, view, or lack their of.

Why not watch The Book of Mormon broadway production?

I actually really enjoyed that.
