Where does the Spanish fandom do their thing these days?

It depends on the fandom.

Some fandoms are VERY active on facebook, some other have forums and some ff.net forums are very active too.

AO3 is probably one of the less active sites for Spanish fandom, but at least is not dead like LJ.

I'd say forums and facebook. That's where I've seen them the most, anyway.

Oh, and tumblr too but they are a bit hard to find.
