Warm naan is sooo freeeaking goood.

I think my very first experience with Indian food was a too-spicy curry, as it is for a lot of people. But when I found some of the milder masalas, holy crap, some of it is delicious.

I'm never quite going to be into the tandoori goat dishes, though. Not so much a fan of goat.

The one time I went to an Indian restaurant, I ate something with some sort of spice that made me really sick. It wasn't anything super spicy, I just reacted to something in it. So I can't bring myself to try again.

Plus, the Indian around here at least all comes with Bismati rice, and after growing up on regular white rice it just doesn't taste right to me.

That's super understandable. I have that problem with anise. Anything even vaguely black licorice-like and I get sick. Not grossed out, sick.
