There is "Marmite" in Australia, but the brand that has claim to that name is the Santitarium Healthfood Company (the people who make Weet-Bix and So Good (soy milk) and are owned by a church), and the brand shown here gets labeled as "Our Mate" because of trademark issues.

But yes, Vegemite is the biggest seller in the yeast extract market. It's why I say this one shows the wrong brand (if they'd used a Sanitarium Marmite picture I'd more likely be crowing about someone supporting Seventh-Day Adventists).

Yeast extract is serious business as is yeast extract branding. Anyone but a sepo would know that, mate.
