If by that you mean "eat a bit more than you plan for so you overshoot your calorie limits" then I might as well have! (It just isn't realistic to not ever make a mistake or go a bit outside your zone. I've lost a lot of weight but there were times I ate a few slices of pizza that I shouldn't have, or had a a piece of cheesecake, and that's fine.)
