Nooooo that really depends on how you're trying to go about decapitating a human being. You're not going to do it bare handed, I'll tell you that much.

Took less than 20 seconds with a short realitivly blunt knife. About 15 seconds of cutting and about five seconds of twisting and pulling.

maybe if you're pretty strong...I was under the impression that it was a relatively difficult way to kill someone. (even someone incapacitated, so I imagine it'd be the same as decapitating a fresh corpse)

Normally there's a lot of ...sawing. To be blunt. You have to be pretty practiced to know how to get a blade in between vertebrae on the first try.

So no, it's a lot of effort, and human heads aren't the lightest things in the world, especially when they're firmly and resiliently attached to dead bodies.

Just because someone made it look easy, doesn't mean it actually is.
