"It's okay to have differing opinions. It's not okay to force them on other people."

7 billion people immediately feel violated

Eh, if that's the short term consequences then I'd be fine with that.

I think it'd cause much more damage than that. If it's not okay to force your opinions on others, what happens to law and order? "It is not okay to murder" is an opinion, and "if you murder, you go to prison" is based on that opinion. But if they can't force that opinion and its consequences on murderers because that's not okay, what do?

Mm, well "It's okay to murder" and "I want to murder you" are both opinions as well - and if you can't force those on others either...

Murder is an action you force on someone, not an opinion. They don't have to agree with you for you to murder them.

However if nobody is allowed to force their opinion on anyone else, all law becomes meaningless since no one is allowed to enforce anything, as law itself is not a person but a system that society collectively agrees to force on everyone within that society. Who decides "this is a crime" or "this is just or unjust"? What if one state disagrees with the federal government and the federal government can't force them to agree? Who decides authority? Can any sort of authority exist?

That technically entirely depends on the situation and *why* someone is being murdered. After all, murder isn't done without motivation, if for no other reason than sheer laziness.
