Whine Whine Whine.
Why would you need to point out you don't like Carrot and Angua when you're talking about Night Watch? They barely appear in it, it's only a Vimes book.

Came here to say exactly this. There is more Fred and Nobby in this book than Carrot and Angua. What do I know though, my favourite Discworld book is FaustEric. No one likes FaustEric.

I'm pretty sure they're referring to the Night Watch storyline as a whole, and are just using the cover of Night Watch because it's called Night Watch. In which case, yeah, disliking Carrot and Angua is pretty relevant.

(TBH, although I don't dislike them, they also don't have much to do with my enjoyment of the books)

They probably just used it as an illustration because the group is the Watch, originally the Night Watch? Or else they have no idea what they're talking about.

Because the secret is not only about the one book, it's about the entire Watch storyline, as it says right in the text that you missed in your rush to whine about it?
