Never feed someone else's dog without permission. You have no idea what that dog's diet is or what kind of health issues they have, and feeding them something they're not used to can make them vomit and/or have diarrhea. My own dog has wonky kidneys, and giving her too much protein is very, very bad.

Honestly, you just need to get used to the barking. It's what they do.
