Re: New X-Files???

I feel optimistically pessimistic. I hold out hope that it can be great, especially is they use the limited run to tell a tight and complete story, and especially then if they keep the myth elements light. X-Files always did best on the myth-lite episodes. However, I also know the whole cultural climate has changed, so conspiracy theories are no longer the fun they were, and lets face it society itself is a lot meaner too. I also doubt the ability of showrunners to tell a tight self-contained story.
