I'm sorry that this is something you've had to experience :C

I guess first things is it's going to take awhile to fade? If it's something you're inclined to do, I found tracking the news articles and (when the murderers were found) tracking the court case. It's a frustratingly long process.

You might get angry a lot?

Does the rest of the old circle know? You might want to think about letting them know. It could be helpful to have people to talk about her with.

Sometimes it doesn't feel real for awhile. :( I'm sorry this has happened.

<sub>Obviously a friend/coworker of mine was murdered. I was an angry-hollow person for a couple of weeks.

Related, also not trying to one-up you but the horrible coincidence of it, some friends of mine lost their friend to random stabbing this week. They're still very angry and upset.</sub>

Yeah, pretty much almost everyone knows at this point, it was announced on the fb group we're in. I talked to my best friend (also part of that circle) about it too.

The thing is, I didn't know her THAT well -- she was part of the "cool kids" and I was one of the losers, but she was sweet to me and we talked a bit. But still, this is one of our own, and it's someone who'd never had an unkind thing to say about anybody even when we were all a bunch of dumbass self-absorbed teenagers. She deserved better.
