To be persnickety, spirituality isn't the same as a religion, which isn't the same as a belief in a god.

For instance, I have no religion or gods, but still have things that I deal with spiritually. (They're just mostly very plebian, involving my work and things I care most about.) I know Jews and Buddhists who have a religion but no gods, and my father was a deist, so had gods but no religion.
