As someone who looked up a bunch of random things on making Homestuck Fantrolls and found way, WAY too many 'rules' on what and what not to do...

Just do whatever the hell you want. Who cares what anyone else thinks of your OC?

This coming from an Anon who doesn't share her OCs online and just draws/daydreams about their adventures, so.
