hey give me pasta salad recipes guys

(preferably not asian pasta salad type things tho, just not my jam)

also post about other recipes itt or w/e

I usually just take pasta (penne usually), red bell pepper, chicken, corn, pesto and iceberg salad, and mix it together. Maybe add some snap peas if I have them available or croutons.

Simple, but good!

Macaroni noodles, mayonnaise, diced onion, diced cheddar cheese, frozen peas. Make sure the noodles are cooled before adding to the rest of the ingredients, and serve the finished salad chilled.

Extremely suburban, but weirdly good.

Penne, sundried tomato, pine nuts, baby spinach, feta cheese, and olive oil.

pasta
pistou (basil pesto minus the cheese)
Italian parsley and maybe some oregano, both fresh or don't bother
cut up bell peppers in as many colors as you can scrounge
diced red onion & celery
cherry tomatoes
black or kalamata olives
I know you said no Asian recipes and this one's really not but the last ingredient in the salad is cut up tempeh baked or fried in a little olive oil or neutral oil and tossed with soy sauce and maybe some cayenne, but you can leave it out. Maybe some chickpeas instead of the tempeh so there's some protein in.

For a hot "salad":

Saute finely diced shallot in olive oil until soft. Add minced garlic and chopped artichoke hearts and ripped-up kale. Cook until kale is wilted. Serve over pasta with parmesan and chopped walnuts.

Mix up a little sour cream and a little greek yogurt (or you could use mayo, but I dont' like it) with some pepper, add chopped celery, shredded carrots, pimientos if you've got 'em, basically whatever veggies you like, and a big can of tuna, then mix up with elbow macaroni (I tend to use whole wheat).

I think next time I try it I'm gonna mix some sriracha in, too.

The easiest ever: spiral noodles (preferably the veggie ones), fresh veggies of your choice (I prefer cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and diced broccoli), and your favorite Italian salad dressing.

Rainbow rotini, leftover turkey, a little mayo, sliced sauteed mushrooms, a little finely chopped onion, peas, basil and oregano.
