Those are all good qualities, anon, but I wonder if maybe the issue is that they're not particularly superlative accomplishments. I don't say this to belittle what you've done, especially the weight loss. I know from personal experience how tough that is and you should be proud of what you've achieved! It's just that if you ask most people what they're looking for in a romantic partner, a decently educated person who likes some forms of media, wears nice clothes and talks to people is pretty close to the minimum requirements. They want those things, of course! But as far as awesome qualities go, that's still rather basic. I'm willing to bet that if you listed the things you'd like in a romantic partner, you'd have more than that so what you have to think about is what special things do you bring to the table?

Before you despair, everyone has them, or has the ability to develop them. It doesn't have to be huge, just something that makes you you vs. just another person who took a shower, put on some clothes and walked into a bar. What are your passions? What do you love to talk about? What can you do?
