Ditto to fire. Can't believe I didn't think of it. I mean, I know if that happened, I should be glad me and my family are alive and well, but I would be devastated at losing everything, and I no longer have extra money to buy things.

Been there. Surprisingly not the worst thing that has ever happened to me, and I was inside the house at the time.
You don't realise how much you own until you have to find the money to replace it all, though. Pain in the ass.
