I feel better!

Part of the confusion is it IS a procedural. But then the development of AI is a central theme of the show, often conflicting with some very PKD dystopian/conspiratorial stories. The acting is often very basic cop drama acting, which is part of why I can't seem to watch it regularly. The actual premise is pretty neat.

It's got way more to do with The Minority Report by PKD than it does Law & Order.

Oh, wow, I was completely out of the loop on this as well. I just thought it was another cop show. Maybe I should give it a try.
