I had several incidents in college. Once where my roommate lost her key, so they had to replace the locks and she forgot to mention it to me. I accidentally locked my key in the dorm once or twice.

But never at home because we have a keypad attache to the garage so even when I get accidentally locked outside when I'm sitting on the front porch, I can just go to the side and open the garage.
