Oh come the fuck ON. People criticize the horrible attitudes of the past CONSTANTLY. And not without good reason! And yes, second-wave feminism really kinda sucked at intersectionality.

It did, and people shouldn't stop talking about that, but the way people criticize "the past" in general is different from how they criticize women of the past. People constantly talk about certain male historical figures being horrible, it's true, but they only do it with men who were wrongly credited with having done any good in the first place (for example, Columbus). Other men of the past who did do good things, while also being racist/sexist/etc, are almost never challenged because of that as undeserving of recognition for the good things they did. Women always are.
