I tried out this show and quit after the second season, after Beckett dumped her bf and went to tell Castle when SUDDENLY we see that he's back with his ex-wife. Sooooooo lazy.

Plus, Castle and Beckett were so much more interesting as partners than will-they-won't-they. I actually ended up wanting Beckett to hook up with Ryan and Esposito, those three were fun. Castle's daughter and mom were okay and I liked Laney, but something just didn't click for me with this show. The characters were all almost there, it was cute and that arc with Beckett looking for her mom's killer had potential, but there was some spark missing. Seeing all the promos of them now makes me glad I didn't stick with this show. Cool if other people like it, this just isn't my cup of tea.
