This might be the meanest thing I've ever said on fs, but sometimes I wish these sorts of secrets dropped names, just so I would know which fandom or fandom section to avoid.

I realize it's not a good idea and OP is probably on many levels doing the right thing not naming names, but still.

It bothers me when community leaders are abusive and underhanded.

Lucky me my only real contact with a fandom was pretty well burnt away last year by my own volition. Fandom Secrets is now the closest I get.

same here - more because I'm lazy/disinterested than any other reason. F!S it is, and the occasional fic if the mood strikes.

(well, also the journal --> tumblr move, but even when LJ was active my involvement was minimal. it just required too much work. I'd rather be enjoying the media I love and fan about it irl with my irl friends who also enjoy it, it's much easier and more rewarding.)
