yeah, came here to say. He looks fun on screen, but ou don't know what he's like in person. cruise sure as hell didn't look so batshit when ou saw him in Top Gun or whatever.

Well, to be fair, I don't think he WAS batshit yet when he did Top Gun. That came later in life (I think him getting into Scientology was part of why Nicole Kidman left him, iirc?).
