Didn't start until relatively late, my first full time after college. It was an 8-4pm type job, and after years of scheduling afternoon classes for myself I could not handle the mornings. I really hate bitter tastes so always loathed coffee (liked tea though, especially green/herb teas). But the office had a free coffee machine, and being half asleep at 8, drowning it in cream and sugar...

It all went downhill from there. Now I'm 25 and drink at least three cups a day. I stopped drinking pop though.

Oh yeah, I'm getting pretty good at ordering juice or water when I eat out these days.

Juice is a worthless beverage. Well, not worthless, because it's full of all the fruit's sugar, but it has none of its good for you stuff. You're better off with water.

This is very true. And because the majority of juice is pasteurized, a lot of the vitamins from the fruit it's from isn't even there. Not to mention that most vitamins need fiber to absorb properly, which you won't get when you drink juice. And the stuff still has tons of sugar.
The health benefits of juice is overrated as heck.

If you want to drink it for the taste, OK, but don't treat us like we're somehow boring or deficient because (in my case anyway) my body won't let me drink juice, because of all the fruit sugar.

That's fair! But a lot of people actually drink it because they think it's healthy, which is what I protest.

I feel like you can get away with consuming some amount if you go to the trouble of blending it yourself, without adding extra sugar. Some people hate the texture of certain fruits.
