Note that I am not defending the guy's behavior. But we don't *really* know what's going on in his personal life. Not everything.

Oh he got him his food, and on time too, just the hotel's kitchen closed because the shoot ran long (which sounds like matter out of the producer's control) and it had to be a cold salad rather than steak. That must have been horrible.
