(Anonymous) 2015-04-01 07:02 am (UTC)(link)Possible. But considering the creators went out of their way to say that they didn't need the fans from the previous series, I would have thought they would have done a better job of setting up the world for new viewers/potential fans.
Although, some of it was not related to not knowing the previous shows. Like the taking over of other peoples' bodies for sex was very disturbing to me and a strike against the world-building for me. And it had nothing to do with SG1 or SGA. And there were other factors such as that.
