Ohhh... well good that that store carries the books others have dropped. Is MPH a big chain?

The biggest bookstore chain in Malaysia. I used to love them a lot and the local branch at the nearest shopping mall was my favorite place as a kid. My mom and dad would drop me off over there during their shopping trips and I can spend hours just reading the books and not caring about the time.

Lately though, there's been a rise in religious titles and romances among the shelves, and it does worry me both about the state of literature in Malaysia as a whole and the increasingly Islamized society that is interested in that. I suppose I shouldn't give them too much fault with them packing the shelves with Malay-Islamic tiles and romances since it does add profits and caters to the majority crowd.

But... sorry. As a Malay Muslim I like my faith and my shipping separate, please.

Ahhhh I can understand that.
