Text: I think he was kind of cute when he was younger.
I don't find him attractive now, just sort of a cool uncle type.
And as far as I know, I like his writings and comedy.

Is that what he looks like now? He's actually a lot younger looking than I thought.

He is quite a bit socialist, but that's not the whole extent of his comedy. I liked that series he did where he went round the UK and put in local jokes at his gigs tailored for each place, because he clearly had no idea what he was talking about yet despite that (because of that?) he still got big laughs from the crowd.

I listened to one of those! The one with Mick Jagger Hall, can't remember the town name right now. Wasn't expecting to get much of it, but it was funny. Must have been the delivery and how the more unfamiliar things were explained. I admire his guts for doing thay series, because I can't imagine going to someone else's town and doing that.

I first heard him in The Mark Steel Revolution and Lecture. I want to see how the Lecture TV series worked out one day, somehow.

Don't have the date for that pic, but on his official website there are some recent ones he took for the In Town series.
