Mild OUAT Season 4 spoilers ahoy

Actually, no. At least, as far as I could tell, since I'm one of the few who haven't seen "Frozen".

Mild spoilers ahead!

Elsa has spent who-knows-how-long inside a magic urn, and when she is released, we find out she is seeking Anna, who disappeared on a quest to find out exactly what happened to their parents. Anna finds the answers, but the journey back is not without danger and includes running into other OUAT characters along the way, back before Snow and Charming were an item in the Enchanted Forest.

Meanwhile, Elsa is in Storybrooke, and come to find out, she's not the only one with in town with ice powers.

I actually loved the fact that they drew in the "real" Snow Queen from fairy tales, and I enjoyed the arc as a whole.

Aha I see. I remember a scene where Emma and Regina where being separated by a door and it was exactly like how Anna and Elsa where in the same position.

I kinda sorta remember Anna getting tricked by Rumple into giving an old man (the wizard) some meds and more stuff happening after. As you can tell, I didn't watch much of it outside of what I could catch from time to time on reruns.

I actually loved the fact that they drew in the "real" Snow Queen from fairy tales, and I enjoyed the arc as a whole.

I actually liked this a lot, too! And the use of the mirror which was at the beginning of the original story. It was a nice shout out to it.
