That's interesting. Have you done anything to try to deal with those issues otherwise? Have you considered talking to a mental health professional about it?

not about those specifically since it's not a issue irl, but i have gone to therapists for other issues and did group therapy for general social skills when i was much younger

Obviously I don't want to put words in your mouth. But I think something can be an issue even if it doesn't manifest IRL, if it's something that affects your psyche, and I think talking to someone about it (even a friend or something) might not be a bad idea.
