No matter how hard you try or how well you parent, there's never any guarantee your kid's gonna turn out the way you want, or absorb the messages you want them to absorb as well as you want them to. You can provide all the foundation you want, but kids aren't programmable robots. They're humans. Humans are messy and unpredictable and you can't prevent them from thinking things you don't want them to think.
