Agreed and I stopped watching Elementary after the first season.

I'm curious to see what other shows would work well for a crossover, considering just how many are set in NYC. Law & Order would be an interesting one.

Though that reminds me that I want to go back and flesh out this ATLA/Elementary crossover I did for F!S secret santa. It got too long, so I had to cut a whole bunch of the middle stuff out (which would've have been the fun stuff). And overall yeah, I rushed it for the deadline, so it needs work.

Summary: Sherlock has a dream set in the ATLA verse. He likes solving dream crimes because they let him practice while technically resting his mind + several days in a dream = couple of hours in real life. So Katara gets framed for murder and he teams up with Sokka to find the true killer. I DON'T KNOW HOW MY BRAIN CAME UP WITH THIS.

It came up around here a while back that "Sleepymentary" (Sleepy Hollow + Elementary) was a thing. I think a crosover with Forever would work really well.

I think Forever would be awesome with Sherlock trying to get as much information as he could out of Henry.

So yes, I get why OP would say there are so many more awesome things Elementary could be crossed over with.

There's a few quite good "Sleepymentary" fics on AO3 - though all first season Sleepy Hollow for obvious reasons! Agreed on "Forever" - that would be a great crossover!

A few ideas

Castle - I think Castle and Holmes would annoy the hell out of each other, but maybe in a fun way
Person of Interest - It would be interesting and could make for a really twisty mystery
Blue Bloods - Well, Commissioner Reagan might actually fire Holmes
White Collar - Neal might become one of Sherlock's Irregulars

Sherlock would probably be very helpful with a case from Cold Case or Without a Trace.

But I would prefer time traveling Murdoch Mysteries crossover fic. Now THAT would be fun!

Text: Every time I see this show crossed over with BBC’s Sherlock I want to punch something

This is bad because 99% of the crossover fic in this fandom is with Sherlock (or worse, Superwholock). HAVE SOME FUCKING IMAGINATION, PEOPLE! THERE ARE SO, SO, SO MANY OTHER SHOWS THAT COULD BE EAISLLY CROSSED OVER WITH ELEMENTARY! WHY IS IT ALWAYS FUCKING SHERLOCK?!?!

Also, the very idea of this version of Holmes and Watson collaborating with BBC’s version of Holmes & Watson is nothing short of laughable. These two wouldn’t put up with BBC!Holmes’s bullshit for more than five seconds.
