I'm a little confused. If you literally want someone to cover your mouth until you stop breathing, isn't that basically the textbook definition of suffocation? Or does that kink refer to something else really specific?

I'm just confused by the comments on this secret saying the op doesn't understand the tags. They seem like generic "this person is hot and I want to have kinky sex with them" tags, not specific to suffocation. Maybe op is into suffocation and maybe not. Maybe they like big hands of that specific actor covering their face and that's the only suffocation they are into?

I guess what I was trying to say was that I never understood others finding someone so hot that they'd willingly be mistreated by them (stepped on), but if this hot guy wanted to smother me with those hands of his I'd be into it
