Can't he is my only relative my age. If I unfriend him I have no excuse not to talk to all the mothers at the next family gathering. I mean ue is an idiot but he doesn't aek when I intend to settle down.

Block him. You can block his posts but be friends with him.

You mean unsubscribe. On Facebook "block" means completely cut off that person's access to you and your posts/data, and unfriending is necessary for blocking. Unsubscribing, however, is easy and the other person will never be notified. I've done it a couple of times with a few right-wingers (one of whom is my uncle) when debating them got to the point of immediately triggering personal attacks and had no other real outcome.

What flavor of MRA articles? There's a variety of strains of that kind of crazy out there, and if he's into one of the ones that touches on real issues, you might be able to redirect him to better resources that address those issues without the constant throbbing misogyny.
